Select individuals meet with Mr. Zapicchi to discuss the group’s plans to date. He gives the group feedback, focusing on the difficulties that come with off-road travel and energy independence. Because of these challenges, the group went back to rethinking the original concept and came up with several possible alternatives, including using ready-made enclosures as the base for the classroom and air travel as a method of overcoming the lack of roads.

More group members join the ongoing communication in an effort to speed up the process.

The group began to look into the idea of expanding trailers, finding several possible designs and looking into them. A possible commercially viable design is called the Rapid Deployment Shelter System, which nearly triples its size once opened.

Proposal formats are researched and one is begun. A PowerPoint Presentation to be used as a visual presentation aid is planned out and begun as well. A spreadsheet organizer used to calculate weight and estimated cost is created.

All group members that previously did work come together to help each other in whichever part(s) everyone is responsible for. Work is completed to the best of the group’s ability, but some decisions are still not made because there are other options that have not been fully considered.
